An additional number of participants on the day of arrival can be accepted if the quota is still available. Group PIC have to contact xEV Center Admin in advance to inform the additional number of participants through WA 0811-1099-382 (chat only)
Visit cancellations can be made through the link on visit confirmation email, maximum D-3 before scheduled date at the latest.
Visit rescheduling can be made through the xEV Center website or through WhatsApp 0811-1099-382 (chat only) maximum 3 days before scheduled date at the latest.
The visit should be based on the registered scheduled and have been confirmed by xEV Center Admin.
For TMMIN internal visits, please coordinate with respective division admins, in order can be adjusted to work schedules. The divisions PIC can register through the xEV Center website.
Everyone can visit the xEV Center such as Toyota employees, suppliers, dealers, college students, school students. The xEV Center is open for public.
Visits to the xEV Center are free of charge
Visitors can follow a series of explanations of the zones in the xEV Center and driving experience activities.
xEV Center does not operate on weekends. Currently the xEV Center only operates every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. By dividing visiting sessions:
Session 1: 09.00 - 11.00
Session 2: 13.00 - 15.00
The maximum number of visitors are 20 (twenty) people in one session. For groups that register less than 20 (twenty) people, they will be merged with other groups according to the quota.
Visit registration can be done through the xEV Center website: xevcenter.toyota.co.id/reservation
Visitors who come directly without prior registration will be accepted as on the spot visitors and must fill out the registration form upon arrival. However, visitors are still advised to register a visit prior to arrival.
Visitors who have and can show a valid driving license (SIM) will be allowed to drive the available driving experience units.
For visitors who cannot show or do not have a driving license, they can still try the driving experience unit as a passenger.
We will provide chaperones/instructor to accompany visitors during the driving experience
Driving experience activities are carried out in areas provided by the xEV Center. Driving experience participants must follow the safety induction and traffic signs.
